ASPHALT GRINDINGS

Asphalt millings are ground-up and recycled asphalt.  This material is a great alternative to traditional asphalt and concrete.  It is long- lasting, eco-friendly and requires no refinishing, resurfacing, or replacing.  It strengthens over time, instead of weakening, and is less susceptible to harsh environmental elements.  It is also more porous than traditional asphalt and concrete, making it an efficient material in areas that are prone to drainage issues and flooding.  It is used as a base or as a finished layer for pathways and driveways.

Steel Slag

STEEL SLAG #304 (1 ½” – DUST)

Steel Slag is a by-product of the steel making process.  It is produced during the separation of the molten steel from impurities in the furnaces.  After it is solidified and weathered, it is dug, crushed, and screened to desired size.  This material is a renewable resource and exceptionally durable, making it a great aggregate for uses in road bases, parking lots and driveways.  This material should not be used inside or under concrete bases.
